With our bountiful harvest of Iowa potatoes this year, we decided to do something special. So, we partnered with our friends at the Foundry Distilling Co. and using our own Iowa grown potatoes we distilled our very own Iowa vodka! And surprisingly it turned out great! Summertime Farms potato vodka is derived from our very own locally grown Iowa potatoes. This single ingredient small batch potato vodka offers earthy and creamy notes and a truly unique farm-to-bottle experience. Keep in mind, this was just for fun, and you cannot buy our vodka in stores. In order to get your hands on this unique craft spirit you might just have to know someone at Summertime Farms…wink wink.
